We ship anywhere within the United States. Our shipments are based on weight and size! If you feel there has been an error with your estimated shipping cost, feel free to contact us and we can make sure that you are getting the best rate possible. If you have any special requests for shipping, we are happy to meet your needs.
We value our online shoppers as much as we do our local customers at our brick and mortar store. Rest assured that we will provide you with the same high level of customer service throughout your shopping experience. Down south, our parents raised us with manners and taught us the importance of doing the right thing. We understand that ordering online can seem like gamble sometimes. NOT HERE! We have a hassle free 30 day return policy and take pride our level of customer service.
We will take returns on items that you feel are not exactly what you wanted or expected, as long as the tag has not been removed. We are happy to pay the return shipping cost and will email you a label to use. Once we have received the product that is being returned, we will either issue a refund for the merchandise or send out your replacements.
